The company culture at Rigg Conveyancing is different to other firms you may have dealt with, which is one of the benefits of choosing the company over others.

The director, Robert Rigg, leads his team of conveyancers according to the research-backed principle that employee happiness is increased in proportion to the amount of control they have over their lives.

All team members are involved in all areas of the business, which allows the employees of Rigg Conveyancing to be autonomous within their role.

When you call Rigg Conveyancing to make your initial enquiry or to follow up on your matters, every member of the Rigg Conveyancing is in a position to provide you with the assistance you need.

Rigg Conveyancing has been a trusted conveyancing solicitors firm in the local community for close to 15 years.

The business was previously named Gavin Williamson and Associates for many years until a recent re-brand.

Robert Rigg and a fellow co-worker purchased the business in 2005. The role of director was fully assigned to Robert in recent years, and he decided to re-brand the company in late 2017.

Along with the name change, the company also introduced a new logo, website and a fresh new fitout of their office which reflects their new branding.

About the director of Rigg Conveyancing - Robert Rigg

Robert is the director of Rigg Conveyancing and is a licensed conveyancer with over 20 years experience. Having always been a people person, Robert knew from a young age that he would find his ideal career path in a customer service focused industry.

Being a people person, Robert loves working in the conveyancing industry. He enjoys helping people with buying and selling properties which is one of the most important things people do during their lifetime.

Robert likes to get involved in each client’s specific scenario and he has a great approach with making people feel comfortable about the whole purchasing and selling process, which can be something the client is often stressed about.

He has great attention to detail, and enjoys looking at contracts and the challenge of dealing with unique situations that constantly arise in this line of work.

After finishing high school, Robert went straight into tertiary education, completing his Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing at TAFE.

Following his studies, Robert made a start in the conveyancing industry by finding a position at local conveyancing firm, Gavin Williamson and Associates.

After working for Gavin Williamson and Associates for a couple of years, Robert realised that he had developed the skills and interest necessary to run his own conveyancing business.

In 2005 the perfect opportunity came about for Robert and another employee to buy the conveyancing business they worked for. Robert later became sole director and continues to build the business.

Looking for conveyancers on the Northern Beaches? Rigg Conveyancing have a customer service focus and business structure

When you’re looking for a conveyancing firm to handle your property transfer needs, you may find other outdated office environments have a management structure that’s governed by the approach of ruling with an iron fist.

Rigg Conveyancing has a different approach. Rather than simply following orders and clocking in and out every day, the team members are actively involved in all areas of the day to day operations of the business.

This means Rigg Conveyancing have a strong focus on customer service. This has always been the basis of the company’s values.

Rigg Conveyancing deliver a speedy service and provide a proactive approach to customer service.

The team are involved in all aspects throughout the conveyance process, right from initial talks with clients, along with administration as well as the settlement process.

This means when somebody calls the Rigg Conveyancing office, almost anyone who picks up the call can assist the client, which is quite different from other firms.

A lot of other firms have one particular person dedicated to one particular matter, and if that one person is not available at that time, they can't really facilitate the call.

There are four people in the whole team at the time of writing, including three licensed conveyancers and one trainee working towards being fully-licensed. Having an office with this many license conveyancers on hand is unique in the conveyancing world.
